This no-frills package consists of 7 health and lifestyle coaching sessions spread out over 12 consecutive weeks. You will receive all the nutrition, lifestyle knowledge and my recommendation tailored just for you. With my support and accountability this will empower you to embark on your wellness journey.

  • 6x 60-minute further sessions, including vision and goals-setting

This enhanced package comprises 12 health and lifestyle coaching sessions over 16 weeks plus access to on-demand support. This is ideal for those whose diet is a bit all over the place and would benefit from more accountability, guidance and help.

  • 11x 60 minute further sessions - weekly for six weeks, then every two weeks

My ultimate package offers the maximum level of support with coaching sessions, a home visit and cooking classes and spans a longer period of time and is ideal for people who have more stubborn weight loss or more than 2 stone to lose and want to give themselves the gift of time to transform their bodies.
